送貨地區 :

  • 送貨服務僅限於香港地區 (不包括離島、邊境禁區、沒有升降機設備之收貨地點)。

送貨方法 :

  • 閣下的訂單會以司機或順豐（新夏暉）冷凍運輸派送。

 送貨費用 :

  • 乾貨訂單金額滿HK$ 650免費送貨。
  • 冷凍貨訂單金額則滿HK$ 800免費送貨。
  • 冷凍貨不能夾乾貨。

送貨時間 :

  • 商品會於訂單確認付款後，將在指定日期送出。
  • 我們會於商品送出前致電顧客確認送貨日期及時間。如確認後有任何更改，請於送貨前最少48小時內聯絡我們以作安排。
  • 如商品已到達收貨地址而沒有人簽收，我們可再次安排送貨，但顧客必須支付額外運費。
  • 如五個工作天後我們仍然聯絡不到顧客，該訂單將會被取消而不會安排退款。
  • 送貨服務有可能會因天氣、交通、地區或其他因素而暫停或延期，送貨時間將會另作安排。
  • 所有訂單須視乎相關貨品的供應情況再作最後確認。倘若我們未能提供閣下訂單上的任何產品或服務，我們會於送貨或取貨前透過電話或電郵通知閣下。


DELIVERY AREA :

  • DeliveryService is only restricted to Hong Kong (excluding islands, closed area and locations without elevator).

DELIVERY METHOD :

  • We will deliver your goods by vans or SF Express Cold-Chain Services

DELIVERY FEE :

  • Free delivery for purchase of HK$ 650 and above on dry foods.
  • Free delivery for purchase of HK$ 800 and above on frozen foods.
  • Frozen foods and dry foods cannot be packed together.

 
DELIVERY TIME :

  • The goods will be delivered on the specified date once the payment is confirmed.
  • We will contact customers to confirm delivery date and time before delivery. In case of any change of delivery details, please contact us at least 48 hours before scheduled delivery
  • If there is no recipient to receive the ordered goods and the order is not successfully delivered, we can reschedule delivery However, there will be an extra handling charge to be paid upon delivery.
  • If we can’t reach our customers for rescheduling the delivery date and time in 5 working days, the order will automatically be cancelled and no refund will be made.
  • Delivery service may be cancelled or delayed due to weather, traffic, district or other factors. Rescheduling of delivery will be arranged.
  • In case your ordered items are not available, or your order is rejected, we will inform you by phone call or email for further arrangement.
